April is National Poetry Month and we have several ways to celebrate!

Poetry Window Display:

Athens Poet Laureate, Jeff Fallis, is bringing his poetry to you! The Athens Cultural Affairs Commission and the Athens Downtown Development Authority are looking for businesses to display poems in their storefront windows. A variety of poems printed on posters (11×17 in) will be displayed for the month of April to increase awareness and appreciation of poetry, promote literacy and elevate the arts in Athens. To participate, send an email to info@athensculturalaffairs.org with your business name and address by March 27th, 2022 and a poster will be delivered by March 31st, 2022.
